"Spot On" BDT; and this is a shame.....I've been involved in several cases back years ago; and both were quite sad, ruining lives. At the time, Florida had a Mandatory 10 year sentence for conviction; and the law (which has now been modified) was just as harsh on a 22 year old as it was a 50 year old. (The law has now been modified) Equally sad, was "When/If" a young girl, who presented herself as over 18, (and looked 25!) but was 15 and literally the provocateur; engaged with someone over the age of 21....
