Just to throw my two cents worth in a color that makes no sense at all.....
The bastardization of the original story by Villanueve/Lark is abominable. When an age old story is changed in the name of feel good politics it becomes a lie even if it is fictional. The fact that Mags cannot and is incapable of understanding the original and centuries old original intent of the story is part and parcel of what is wrong in America. That she does not understand the message contained in the original tells me she is quite ignorant and probably willfully so in the science called Philology. It i the reason Dems/Progressives/Socialists/Communists have no understanding of the US Constitution......... they simply can't read and comprehend it, therefore they must change or invent new definitions that are politically expedient. Yes, I do get all of that from her and her comments on this one subject.
