Not all countries allow citizenship by simply being born inside its border.
Many require one or both parents to be citizens. With the E.U. allowing people
to cross over borders freely, babies can be born anywhere.
There have been several investigations in California of Asian women flying into
the USA simply to birth babies. And then, there have been a few women coming
from Mexico on foot, waddling up to the border guards in labor.
That being said, I don't understand "dual" citizenship. I have a friend with
three passports. U.S., Canada, and U.K. He told me he was travelling and his
passport was rejected. He simply whipped out another one and was passed
through, no questions asked.

Th terrorist was 52 and English born, hard to throw out citizens!!! BBC said he
had a history of violence, but nothing terror related ... this type of
