Under what legal pretext. Wouldn't that set a bad precedent in terms of
redefining any religion as detrimental to the state.

The first step is the recognition that Islam is not a religion but a death

I don't see how you can separate the two. You would have to make sharia
unconstitutional I would think. but I'm not a legal scholar.

I haven't suggested that we toss out anyone Brine. I suggest that we

14th Amendment REALLY needs to be clarified ... don't believe that if you
run across the border and drop a baby, your kid is a citizen ... it should
have had a time limit because it was really to help freed slaves!!!

Hey Mustang!

I personally subscribe to the theory that the 14th Amendment did not allow
for citizenship of babies born here in the U.S. of illegal alien parents.
It's well documented and thoughtful, but I won't waste time here covering
the logic. Here's several articles that explains the concept that Anchor
Baby's are not necessarily a U.S. Citizen if you or anyone is interested:

*Birthright of a Nation *(NY Times, Peter Schuck)

*The Controversy over Birthright Citizenship *(Posner)

er-birthright-citizenshipposner.html

*'Completely False' That Children Born to Illegals Have Constitutional
Right to Citizenship *(Mark Levin/Michael Morris)
http://www.cnsnews.com/blog/michael-morris/levin-completely-
false-children-born-illegals-have-constitutional-right

*Constitution Doesn’t Mandate Birthright Citizenship *(Breitbart)

ion-doesnt-mandate-birthright-citizenship/

I also believe that dual citizenship is illegal, by statute. 8 U.S. Code §
1481 mandates that one renounce any other former citizenship in order to
become a naturalized American citizen:

Not all countries allow citizenship by simply being born inside its
border. Many require one or both parents to be citizens. With the E.U.
allowing people to cross over borders freely, babies can be born anywhere.

There have been several investigations in California of Asian women flying
into the USA simply to birth babies. And then, there have been a few women
coming from Mexico on foot, waddling up to the border guards in labor.

That being said, I don't understand "dual" citizenship. I have a friend
with three passports. U.S., Canada, and U.K. He told me he was
travelling and his passport was rejected. He simply whipped out another
one and was passed through, no questions asked.
