Yes they can feed their children- there are many organizations who
provide meals and groceries. Schools-K-12- also provide free breakfast
and lunch plus a packet of food for the weekend. We all pay taxes-
from gas to merchandise- so the tax system plays beyond income,
property, etc. I haven't seen any starving people lying about, in
fact, the national disgrace is obesity.
