Kinda sorta. The Reps lost, but they won (i.e., kissing your sister), since the only way in hell Obama managed to con the American folks is to act like a Republican the last 3 months before the election..... Remember drilling? He originallly opposed it, but flipped just before the election. Remember FISA? He said he would vote against it and adamantly oppose it in debate. He did neither. Remember permanent troops in Iraq? He said it wouldn't happend in his administratioin. That changed 2 months before the election. Faith based initiatives? Attacking Pakistan? Attacking Iran? I could go on, but I think the point is proved. So yeah, the Dems now have the presidency, but only at the expense of him trashing all the historic Dem positions. But that's ok with you, no doubt.
