Hey BDT! When I was living in Germany, I too got RT, and enjoyed it! I agree with everything you just wrote; there's an obvious slant to their broadcasts, but as compared to the channels I was able to receive in English, (and I watched a lot of German television); I had CNN International; the BBC; the Chinese News Channel, and the French News Channel; all of which were in English. I considered RT the most balanced of any of the five channels mentioned.
My point in my ramblings above, is that I believe it's far fetched to think that RT; and these purported Russian "Bots" and alleged "Russian Internet Trolls" somehow swayed the American public into voting for Donald Trump; but alas, we have Dick Cheney, all of the news networks, and most of Congress making such a claim! Do you live in the D.C. area? If not, do you mind sharing what part of the Nation you do live in; and/or if you have the Dish Network?
