Now this should be good for some laughs! A Class Action Complaint has been filed against the DNC by a number of Bernsie WhuzHisName Supporters claiming that the DNC Primary was conducted unfairly. In response, counsel for the DNC has argued, among other arguments, that the DNC is not required to conduct a fair, "Impartial" election; and that the Court, nor the Judicial Branch of government has the dominion to make a determination as to whether an Democratic Primary Election is fair.
