Cathedrals in Europe expect covered arms, most of the legs and
modesty. You don't get an audience with the Pope looking like a
streetwalker.One removes shoes to visit a mosque- like the Blue Mosque
in Istanbu. The one I missed in Cairo. Yes, I brought a black chiffon
scarf but arrived a day late. These are the courtesies we pay other
religions whose faith may seem strange or unknown.//As for those cab
drivers at the airport, I have found them polite and hard working.
They do not object to AK salmon, happily. But they do object to
alcohol and drunken passengers. As my late uncle was a cab starter, he
didn't like them either, way back when.//Somali drivers/citizens are
