 Bull-fucking shit, it was planned and pre-meditated, that makes it
murder 1. Legally recognizing the whole "honor-killing" thing WOULD
make it argueably a "crime of passion" commited in a relious fevour
our some such shit. So you DON'T recogonize it as a motive, thus
insuring he'll be treated as a common, ordinary killer.
