Dip-lo-mate: One who holds a diploma; a physician qualified to practice in a medical speciality. How impressive, he managed to graduate and meet the qualifications of his field a speciality. You list experience and longevity in his field. A asked a simple question: Who says he's a TOP phychiatrist? I would expect a man described as tops in his field to accomplish more than graduate and manage to stay in practice for 35 years. Wouldn't you? How about a list of books well-recieved by his peers? Author or co-author of any current textbooks used in his field of speciality? Any international, national, or even stae awards or recognition for excellance in his field of speciality awarded by professional associations he's a member of? You know, something that would give an indication he's considered TOPS in his field by his peers? Pretty much dosen't mean jack-shit that you and mark think he's "tops".
