Forecasters are calling for a high near 70, which would break the record of 68 degrees, which was set in 1943. The city set a record Tuesday, reaching 70 degrees. The record had been 68, set in 2005. Thursday's forecast is for a high of 62, which would come close to the 1950 record of 64.
