Bush Jr. didn't seem to want any conditions on bailing out financial corporations like Citigroup.
Obama respoded by saying he didn't think that was the best use of taxpayer funded bailout money. Bush Jr. was too busy sleeping to make a comment. The automakers had to balk at riding in their corporate jets to Washington to ask for money. No conditions for Citi apparently.
