This, in a nutshell, is the problem with those who wish to regulate our
freedoms away, in the name of "health and safety", (something of which the
federal government has no business being involved in)

The fact is, that there is no study, by any group, entity, organization,
health care provider, or any government that establishes second hand smoke
is dangerous. Nada-Zip-Nunja-Zilch-Zero.

It is far left extremists who wish to curtail private business and
entrepreneurs, thereby causing a loss of revenue, whereas these same
private businesses can sell cigarettes in their establishment, (get those
tax dollars!!!) but cannot allow their patrons to utilize the products.
Unconstitutional on its face, but there is no one in this Nation to date,
that is willing to stick up for the Constitution in the face of "political
correctness".

By the way, I no longer smoke cigarettes. I am adamantly opposed to these
anti-smoking laws in Florida and elsewhere in this Nation.
