I'll put it back on topic and relate it to government. Is it a Car-ora-van? Or a Car-anda-van? That bi-polar vehicle needs Prozac. Not one of Dodge's better vehicles...their vans always seemed to have problems. As I recall, transmissions seemed to be a major problem with that van. Let's not forget that the K-cars and Caravans were developed then signed off on by Lee Ioccoa to save Chrysler...along with government bailout money. Yeah, people bought them up hoping they were somehow better, but they were junk vehicles...just newer junk vehicles.
