Uhm......Did you read where the 12 billion that Venezuela seized from Exxon Mobil was being halted by the international court?
No, our oil companies, (I should say the multinational oil companies) went down, and found, developed, and built the oil industry in Venezuela. Venezuela would have no oil industry if it were not for the Royal Dutch Shells, the British Petroleums, and the Exxon Mobils. The Venezuelans cannot have it both ways! Just as important, the tenets in the Venezuelan Constitution were written in 1999. So under your theory, all of the aforementioned companies should be able to take all of its resources and all of its technology and go home, leaving Venezuela with absolutely nothing, and no means for generation of oil. Obviously, Venezuela doesn't want this to happen, they want the best of both worlds, in a nutshell, they want to rape those who have invested heavily in Venezuela, in order to benefit a corrupt socialistic government that is playing upon the poor, and utilizing class warfare in order to maintain power!!
