I don't like buying cars that need service because something broke in
the first place.

Last new truck I bought the salesman asked if I wanted an extended
warranty...
I told him that wasn't why I bought that particular make, and if I
actually needed
any work done within that period of time...
that I would no longer be a customer period.

No salesman has EVER sold me a vehicle, the vehicle either sells
itself or doesn't.
Professional BS'ers is all salesmen are.
Pretty sure they rank somewhere around the bottom of the sludge barrel
with politicians
in matters of trust.
Imagine if you had to have a salesman politician fix your car.....
"well, first we have to run some diagnostic tests, then check the
price of oil, do a
report on the ecological impact of your repairs, run your ID through
Homeland Security,
check the availability of parts in Argentina, run a credit check and
write a report on you.
Now if you would fill out this 10 page customer satisfaction form...
just check one of the 3 boxes marked 'great greater or greatest".

I can't stand dealing with any salesman. Most are overpaid and treat
you like a
moron who knows nothing about automobiles...and yet they have probably
never
turned a wrench or fixed any automobile in their life.
