Yes- I did figure it out by myself though it was a struggle but now a relief.
I read the NYTimes article but will save the magazine article for later. Actually premature children with grave health and mental risks are also a drain on the healthcare/social system so the debate is still in denial. Doctors are not altruistic- neither are lawyers. They are trained for a profession which has become increasingly cold blooded and hamstrung with laws and procedures. Gone are the days of a doctor who really knew your family and made house calls. Why should you venture anywhere when you feel ill?
