As stated, (I think here, but possibly in Euwetopia) your claim that 98 prisoners have been killed while in custody by the United States is unsubstantiated claims made by the Socialist Workers Party, and a group called, "Human Rights First", neither of which are considered credible, and the claim is denied by the Pentagon.
