No- I was one of those "nice girls", Hollywood, who was allergic to the workplace.I worked very hard as a Mom and a homemaker and also as a graduate student. I did work a few years- front desk- charm- manners- wardrobe- calming clients in a state of panic. I worked days because I had young children. One funny story was trying to get a job in the bookkeeping department of a major hotel and they wanted me instead to be the hostess in the bar- that wasn't my cup of tea. I'd already observed that life as a child.
