I don't recall any conservative on this board making any type of claims that Miss California was going to be the new Speaker or the conservative mouthpiece! Maybe the individual who advanced that idea can go back and find such a message.....But I doubt it. Second, as I understand it, Ms. Prejean did in fact live up to her contractual obligations. That she was present, available, and prepared. That the real reason that she was fired, was because of her convictions. This story might not be over.
