That's not much of a story and it isn't the story you claim it is. The story says ONE individual guy who collects sginatures for a living, who was hired by the Califronia Republicans (and the story fails to say how many other people he worked for, including any Democrats) HIMSELF registered at an address he did not live in.
Having done a lit of petitioning for third party candidates, I know that often you cannot circulate a petition unless you live in the district the petition is for. So it looks like this guy registered in some part of Orange County so he could collect signatures there that would be valid and get paid for them. For you or the blog author to imply tht this compares to ACORN's vote fraud, which involves ACORN's being sued in a dozen states, mainly by Demcoratic Attorney Generals, shows that you and he are both complete idiots.
