Rurals folks in SW Missouri are making a bundle raising goats on their farms and ranches. The Muslims in the urban areas such as Kansas City and St. Louis just love goat meat. Seems the Muslim's money spends just fine in southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. And goats are less troble and don't smell as bad as pigs, so their are less pigs now to worry about stepping in their sit. I find this humorous in view of your post. Don't you?
