You are only required to follow a lawful order.  If it is "
questionable " (by law) you can decline and prove your case in a
military court. Even a military court would like to know if Hussein is
a legitemate American " by law ". However , the politicians would ruin
any military personnel who tries.  So the Major is better to leave the
military and pursue his case in civilian courts, if he wishes. All
Obama and company have to do is present a legitimate birth certificate
and there would be no question or problems. Pretty simple isn't it??
It is Obama and his ilk that are spewing on the Constitution by his
refusals.
