That is NOT a birth certificate as defined by Hawaii 339, it is a COLB (cert, of live birth) which can is issued in a limited manner showing only the info that the applicant himself listed on the solicitation. It was also issued to children NOT born in Hawaii that had births simply registered there (read the statute)
ALL people actually born in Hawaii have what is known as a "Long Form" birth Certificate, this is what is accepted for little league entrance, state services, and the only form accepted to prove NATIVE BORN status for the special priveledges that go with being indiginous. Please be accurate when calling something a "Birth Certificate" when Hawaii is concerned... the varios levels of said same are defined by statute which I am quite sure you have not read, and if you have, will not post as it thoroughly defeats your position. It has been posted in this forum several times. look it up yourself.
