The fact that Gates trashed Supreme Court Justice Thomas, speaks volumes! Thomas, who in my opinion is one of the best judges on the Court today, (e.g.; a strict constitutionalist, with libertarian values!!) is mocked by some second rate scholar who could not get into Yale, or Harvard, or any other university without the help of Affirmative Action, is telling. Thomas, on the other hand, was able to succeed without the help of affirmative action. Justice Thomas earned everything that he has today, without being promoted when he was not qualified. Justice Thomas did not depend upon test scores that were lower, or poor in comparison to his classmates.....Unlike Dr. Gates, who depended upon affirmative action, and test scores that were lower than his peers, in order to get him where he is today. Yes, Dr. Gates supports affirmative action, which is racist in and of itself in the New Millennium.
All Americans should be demanding that Harvard terminate this man, tenured, or not.
