You're political involvement should not end on Election day. Do you listen to proposals coming from moderate Republicans or do you write them off as members of "the priority enemy"? That's also partisan politics to suggest all that is wrong is 100% Republican doing. Republicans must shoulder much of the blame, but much could not have been done without Democrats support. Bush could have vetoed spending bills, but those bills don't even make it to the President if Democrats in Congress hold back the votes required to pass them. Democrats played a huge roll in the banking industry meltdown. Again, neither party has done anything right for the country in a long time - this by your own admission - yet you prefer to demonize Republicans and give a free pass to Democrats. That doesn't sound like someone who thinks like an independent.
