Lets try to at least get it correct.... these jets are world flight capable. they are US Air Force property and are available to ANYONE in Government to include the joint chiefs, Congress, cabinet members, etc for missions that require non-stop flights.
They are not reserved for the congress alone, nor are they a departure from equipment type not already in service. now to get real....what a load of pork that neither democrat or republican voted against.
