dick, So basically what your telling me is that even with control of the Executive and Legislative branches of the Federal Govt. the Republicans managed to not do a damn thing about the problem. What's the word I'm looking for now? Stupid, incompetent, corrupt, impotent or some of each? The Congress you speak so disdainfully of was Republican controlled until 1/20/08. Some Republicans? I take note that you do not attempt to refute my statement, just add more excuses for failure.
