Interesting, the pictures from Rio showed thousands of people celebrating, including lots of black people. But I noticed a difference, a big difference; the blacks in Rio are NOT African Americans. Therefore, I would venture to say ALL Brazilians speak a common language, unlike most African Americans - who only speak, and act, ghetto. What's perplexing though is that all other black cultures tend to pick up our common language within a few years of their arrival. Linguistics experts say this is because they avoid African American ghettos like the plague. This may also explain why many African Americans who grow up outside the ghetto tend to speak proper, or understandable, English. And tend to seek gainful employment, as opposed to taxpayer handouts. Whatever the reasons, America's African American ghettos have become a plague on the land, a festering cancer - especially since Jimmy Carter signed the "Community Reinvestment Act" into law, thus forcing American banks to make loans to deadbeats. Now the CRA has come full circle; the country is broke, politicians have gotten rich - and the ghetto is still the ghetto. Where even the attempt by an African American to speak proper English will get him/her injured, or dead.
