CHINA has Universal Healthcare. It is one of the REQUIREMENTS for Socialism. Having Socialism in these United States of America is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The Constitution says in Article IV, Section 4 that "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government..." IF The United States is Socialist, then the States within the Union would have NO government except The United States. Any Socialist program is, by association, also Unconstitutional. By passing ANY legislation that imposes upon my liberty, so long as my liberty does not impose on someone else's liberty, makes YOU guilty of Treason also. Remember, according to the Peace Treaty of Paris 1783, we the states are Sovereign, NOT the Union, not the States within the Union, the states themselves. The Treaty was worded VERY CAREFULLY. They did NOT use the Capitalized Noun State because they were not dealing with the Colnies as GOVERNMENTS, but with the colonials as Government. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to legislate, more authority than is permitted within the Constitution. i REALIZE that you are NOT up for re-election next election cycle, but as a sitting Senator, you are NOT "privileged from arrest during their Attendance at the Session of the respective Houses..." (Article I, Section 6.) when the charge is Treason.
