This is NOT about 'collective guilt' it is about the ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES looking out for the individual's LIBERTY before looking out for the "masses". It is about following your OATH to uphold the Constitution of these states that are united that form the United States of America, not granting MORE power to control that liberty. This is about HONOR, sir, which it appears has been sorely missing from WashingtonDC for several decades at least.
