On one of the English Jihadi forums, an announcement was posted by the Somali “Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen” organization, regarding the award-giving radio contest on the subject of Jihad. The contest was directed towards a younger audience – children up to the age of 18 – and the subject of the contest was current and historical Jihad and missions of self sacrifice (Istishhad). The announcement stated that many have registered for the contest, and that the prizes were distributed as follows:
