Reduced to free maybe.

27% don't pay anything, and in some cases have overlapping coverage
from more than one insurance plan.
9% pay their own insurance costs.
16% million people have no insurance what-so-ever.

That leaves 48% who have health care insurance, and again, some have
overlapping coverage from more than one plan.

The US ranks 47th in life expectancy even though the US is #1 in cost.
