Given the experience of some of the govt agencies and their big IT projects that went totally off the tracks, this will end up being a huge mess unless someone in charge has the experience and the data to control it. I for one do not see anyone on the horizon who has that experience to keep this one going right. I shudder to think of what this whole thing will cost and just what a disaster it will be.
