He missed the boat on this one. Maybe I am hearing incorrectly, but there was some Moonbat Congresswoman on CNN yesterday, describing how many laws had been "Deemed". Even the reporter was a bit taken aback. When asked several questions, it was obvious that she hadn't a friggin' clue about what she was talking about. Sounded a lot like Charlie Rangel, VT Sugarshack, and Hollywood.....
