Good morning... Well people are odd in their rationalizations about behavior. That is why I write that it is not too strange. We as humans seek to explain away offensive behavior in many ways-oh it was his first drunk driving charge and he is really sorry (it is a pity someone else was hurt) he is young and doesn't know better. And the people who backed Bill Clinton when he did what he did. People are not too sharp and will explain away and rationalize just about anything so that is why I wrote that is not too unexpected. I did not say that I feel that it is acceptable. It is the way we are. We are probably all guilty of doing it or following along with it.
