endorses Ron Paul

Good morning Geoffrey!

I guess I should clear up my rather negative comments, and in general, here are
some of my thoughts:

Like you,  I have been one who believed that I could support whoever the
candidate was after the Tampa Convention, and I most probably will still do
so.  In my adult, professional career, which has encompassed a number of
campaigns and elections; many of which I was actively involved,  I have never
seen the Republicans do what has happened this year.  The Ron Paul campaign as
well as the Mitt Romney campaign have been nothing less than despicable, and it
will be hard for me to support either of these men in any future endeavors that
they ever are involved in.

As I stated, I am still one that believes I will support whoever the Republican
candidate is, as I believe that the most important thing is to defeat President
Obama,  and the broken beyond repair Democratic Party.   Having said that,
many of the conservatives that I know are not at all amused, and far less
forgiving that I am!  Again,  I hope that I am wrong,  but I just don't see the
Republican Party coming back and reunifying after all that has happened this
year.

If Romney loses Michigan,  and Gingrich loses Georgia,  bet money on someone
like Jeb Bush, or even Sarah Palin entering the race.   If that happens,  the
Republicans are toast in 2012.  Personally, I don't believe that anyone other
than Newt Gingrich can beat Obama now, out of the four candidates. You have
crackpots and Moonbats who don't have a realistic handle on politics and
who will disagree with me,  but in truth,  I really don't see Romney and
especially Santorum beating Obama.
