The better question is why said military pays more for each weapon
than a civilian on the street purchasing the very same weapon from the
lot number ??  Seems John Q is better able to make any purchase than
military purchasing experts.

Then we can talk about who stands for who in this silly conversation/
post whic his to me... apples to oranges.. of course I stand for the
active duty soldier.. or take a later flight.
