The contest website, YoungInvincibles.org, suggests "an awesome superhero or action-movie style video, preferably featuring a gay or transgendered individual." The favored submission currently is a transgendered nurse figure called "Heather Healthcare" (below), who dashes around the country "dispensing medications and performing abortions for free."
