ObamaCare’s architects reap windfall as Washington lobbyists

A key way to riches in a crony capitalist system is to make a law so complicated only those who build the law can navigate the red tape. The bureaucratic architects soon become highly paid bureaucratic guides for corporations and other interests which seek to exploit obscure loopholes and not-so-obvious government gifts hidden deep within the lines of a law. Sometimes, as has been the case with Dodd-Frank, regulators spend years writing the nooks and crannies of the law. It is in these nooks where crony capitalist companies can find gold. Obamacare is full of gold.
