Alex had slept fairly late this morning. However, she needed to make up for
at least a week of sleepless nights, so she wasn't terribly concerned about
that. That did concern her was that Mitchell had arrived and she was
worried for Julia, though she knew Derek wouldn't leave the two unsupervised
she couldn't help but feel uneasy.
After getting dressed she slipped down the back stairs to make a cup of
herbal tea, not even aware of what was going on outside. She took her tea
cup back upstairs and was in the control room waiting for Derek to turn up,
sipping her tea as she did some preliminary reading.
