OOC: A bit of a back post.:-)

Kat was dying to know who sent her a package. She couldnt' remember the
last time she got one, well the weekly reader book club didn't really count
and it couldn't be that, because those came to this house.

The little girl dragged a chair from the table and clambered up onto the
counter. The only box she saw was a large bakery box. She stared at it in
confusion. It couldn't be could it? They were supposed to go to her house.
Cautiously and with great anticipation she broke the tape and lifted the
lid. The sweet aroma of freshly baked cupcakes drifted up to her nose and
she stared down at the brightly decorated sweets her eyes lighting up with
complete and utter joy! One good thing had happened that day! The tiny
cartoon like snails rested happily on green grass icing. They were almost
to cute to eat. But...well one even before dinner couldn't hurt, no one was
around. Kat took the 13th one and removed the wrapper taste testing it.
She'd lost the other one in her struggle with Traci. It was wonderful too!
She finished it licking the frosting off her fingers and shut the box. Then
she jumped down and ran as fast as she could to find Alex she couldn't wait
to see the look on Julia's face and hope it was as good as the real thing
had been.
