"And of course there is the ability and schedule I'll need in order to come
and go with the others while we're setting up so. I was going to ask if it
was alright if I could stay in a guest room during preparations but I'll be
glad to get a room elsewhere. I just don't want to bother you with all the
calls you're surely going to get if I do stay off the property during all of
this."
Terrific, Alex thought, then she can just bother us in person. She turned
her dark eyes towards Derek, it was ultimately his decision anyway and she
was glad she wasn't the one saddled with it. Though she'd probably tell her
to stay at a hotel anyway. At least they could screen the telephone calls.
