On the way out, Alex called to Philip. "We're leaving you better hurry up.
I will not be held responsible if dinner is delayed and you end up late for
Mass!"  Then she picked up the cupcake box and headed for the car taking the
seat int he passenger's side.  Philip could ride in back.


Philip was there in a shot, small duffle bag in hand "Cannae hav' tha' now
ken we?"

He got into the back and offered to hold the cupcake box after fastening his
belt.
