"Okay," Kat agreed, "that sound really good. See you later mom." Then, she added for no particular reason. "I love you." Rachel straightened and gave Anya a small wave before turning to call over her shoulder "No sliding down the banisters, you two." She heard Nick's answering chuckle as she made her way to the front door, grinning a little before opening it and leaving. She figured the visitation with the patient would take a couple of hours, tops. Then she'd head back and pick Kat up and go home for some one on one quality time.
