If I were you, I would just wait. The score will increase rather quickly
when the server is back online. It seems that your server is already at
-94, and I'd expect it'd reach the required score of 10 in two days or so.
Mind you, deleting and re-adding the server won't speed up getting your
server back in the pool. If you choose to delete your server from the
pool, the earliest possible day for deletion is 22th August (you can't
delete the server from the pool immediately). By 22th your server's
score would already be back to normal, so don't bother with deleting.
