Currently my NTP servers are setup with an off site hosting provider. I was thinking about ditching my hosting provider so I can just run my NTP servers from home over my FiOS Link. To get around the dynamic IP issues, I use DynDNS for my home link. What I'm wondering, is if the tool (http://www.pool.ntp.org/manage/servers) for managing servers is based on the DNS name you give it? Or does the IP address it discovers become the location that all public NTP queries are sent too?
