I notice that the interval on V4 graphs is 400 seconds (3 polls per interval?) and on the IPV6 graphs is 80 seconds (3 polls per interval?). Do some folks have their firewalls or ntpd configured to regard the 3-per-80 rates as abusive? I know that in previous discussions this is way past some people's personal threshold for abuse. ________________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] On Behalf Of Ryan Tucker [[email protected]] Sent: Monday, June 20, 2011 6:36 AM To: Tom Hek Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Pool] My v6 node has fallen out of the pool.

Both graphs look pretty much the same for me: http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/97.107.134.213 http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/2600:3c03::13:3123 So it doesn't seem to be a general IPv6 issue... -rt -- Ryan Tucker <[email protected]> _______________________________________________ pool mailing list [email protected] http://lists.ntp.org/listinfo/pool
