I'm not sure about this, but as some of you are using IPv6 tunnels from HE,
could the problem be located around the current situation with COGENT and HE
not willing to peer an not willing to buy transit to each other? Please note I
do NOT want to start a flame war about this issue, I'm only looking for a
technical explanation.
Obviously I only meant IPv6 related issues, for details you may check
